BidBriefly.
Source-linked bid screening

For contractors with a bid in mind

Know what the bid is asking.
Before you spend time responding.

A concise, source-linked screen of a bid you are already considering: the work, deadlines, response requirements and questions still needing answers.

AI-assisted research. Clear source references. No promises of winning work.

A smaller first step

You choose the bid. We make the reading useful.

Not another feed of links. Not a substitute for your judgment. A focused screen that helps you see what is established and what still needs checking.

01 / CHECK THE INPUTS

Start with accessible sources.

Provide official public links or public documents, your service area and a short capability profile. We confirm what can actually be read before accepting the work.

02 / READ FOR THE DECISION

Surface requirements and gaps.

The brief identifies the stated work, deadlines, response items, prerequisites, evaluation basis and unanswered questions, with source references.

03 / KEEP CONTROL

You decide whether to pursue.

You retain pricing, certifications, contact with the buyer and submission. Missing documents or conflicting instructions are flagged—not filled in with guesses.

Existing demonstrations · September 13, 2026

What a useful finding looks like.

These out-of-state examples demonstrate the format. They are not Montana job recommendations, client case studies or proof that a contractor is qualified.

Rockdale, Texas · Janitorial services

Clarify how and when the proposal must arrive.

The demonstration screen flags a stated “CST” deadline and paper-submission instructions alongside stray email/fax wording. The interpretation needs confirmation.

It also identifies response requirements and questions about event frequency, site access and insurance limits.

Mankato, Minnesota · Snow services

Do not price an unverified route.

The demonstration screen holds final pricing: the separately linked maps could not be read, the notice and main document show different closing times, and a pricing category needs clarification.

The 32-event evaluation basis is not represented as guaranteed work volume.

Observations are reused from the completed September 13 demonstrations. No new amendment check is claimed by this presentation update. Original documents and amendments control.

The $99 boundary

One bid. An agreed source set. No hidden ongoing service.

Included

A document inventory; the stated scope and important dates; found prerequisites and response items; evaluation factors; source/page references; and material gaps or conflicts. Fit comments use only the capabilities you provide.

One correction round is included for the same source set. A different bid, new amendments or added documents require a new scope check. No additional charge is automatic.

Not included

Opportunity monitoring, a continuing amendment watch, bid writing or submission, pricing your work, buyer/agency contact, legal interpretation, engineering opinions or eligibility certification.

No award, completeness, savings or profitability guarantee. Unreadable or missing documents can prevent acceptance.

Service terms

Plain terms. No surprises.

The pilot is one source-document screen for $99 USD, not a subscription. Any applicable tax and the full amount are stated before payment. Sending an enquiry does not accept an order or reserve delivery capacity.

How do scope, payment and delivery work?

First we check the public source material at no charge. Before accepting work, we confirm in writing the exact documents, your stated capabilities, the $99 scope, the total price and a specific delivery date. Work starts only after acceptance, receipt of the agreed readable inputs and confirmed payment. The completed brief is delivered electronically by email. We decline work when the sources cannot be read or the deadline does not allow useful delivery; no rush service is promised.

No payment is collected on this website. A live Stripe-hosted payment link will be provided only after scope acceptance and payment-service activation. Do not email card or bank details.

What do cancellation, refunds and corrections cover?

There is no charge if the access or scope check is declined. An accepted order cancelled before work starts receives a full refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, a full refund is due. After work has begun, contact us about cancellation so we can explain the work completed and the available resolution; no additional fee or partial-refund promise is automatic.

One correction round on the agreed source set is included. Send the issue and relevant source reference to service@bidbriefly.com. New documents, amendments or a different bid require a new scope check, never an automatic extra charge. There is no physical return or shipping charge for this electronically delivered service. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What remains the contractor’s responsibility?

You retain responsibility for pricing, feasibility, qualifications, certifications, contacting the issuing buyer and submitting any bid. Original documents and later amendments control. Our screen is not a completeness, legal-compliance or eligibility certification. AI-assisted work can contain errors: verify decisive requirements against the cited sources before acting. No award, savings or profitability is guaranteed.

Who operates BidBriefly?

BidBriefly is a service operated by RHSG Holdings LLC. Screening and correspondence are AI-assisted through SAGE; we do not represent a human-analyst team or a government service. Customer support for the service is available by email at service@bidbriefly.com. No round-the-clock response time is promised.

Privacy & handling

Only what is needed for the brief.

Public sources, minimal information.

For an enquiry, provide your business name, contact email, service area, relevant services and constraints, and the official public bid link. Do not send passwords, card or bank numbers, tax records, employee personal data, private acquisition information or restricted bid documents. This pilot accepts public source material only.

We use this information to respond, check source access, prepare an agreed brief and manage any order, correction or refund. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Reply “no thanks” to decline further marketing; the suppression record is retained to respect that request.

How information is handled.

Email and work records use Microsoft 365. Relevant public sources and the minimal business context you provide are processed using AI tools, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, to prepare the work. An authorised payment would be handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not in a website form or by email.

The page contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, upload forms or payment fields. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data for site delivery and security. External source links and the payment provider have their own privacy practices.

Retention and privacy requests

Enquiry information is kept while responding and resolving the enquiry. Accepted-order correspondence and work records are retained as needed for delivery, corrections, refunds, disputes, bookkeeping and legal obligations. Marketing suppression information is retained to honour opt-outs. Contact service@bidbriefly.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information; required record retention can limit deletion. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.
